Frozen Custard Pies

  2. Place your frozen pie on a baking sheet and brush the crust with egg wash (whisk 1 whole egg in a bowl).
  3. Bake your pie in the preheated oven for 30 minutes and then reduce the temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for another 25 minutes or until the filling has set.

Frozen Buns

*Thaw buns and icing overnight in the fridge*

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place the buns on a parchment paper lined baking sheet, making sure they have at least 1 inch of space in between. Cover the baking sheet with a kitchen towel to prevent the buns from drying. Let the buns proof for 30 minutes in room temperature or until larger in size.
  3. Egg wash the buns (1 whole egg whisked) and baked in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the buns are golden brown. Spread the icing on warm buns. Enjoy!

    Refrigeration

    Reheating pies*

Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F. Place your pie on a baking sheet and warm up for 10-15 minutes. Let the pie cool before slicing.

Recommended for fruit pies pies only. Non fruit pies can be served room temp or chilled.
