Baking Instructions and Product Information
So you bought a frozen pie or buns - now what? We've carefully created baking instructions for you so you can bake, store, and reheat your New Pie at home successfully. Enjoy!
Frozen Pies
*No thawing needed*
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place your frozen pie on a baking sheet.
- Bake your pie in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the juices have started to bubble. Let the pie cool completely before slicing.
Frozen Buns
*Thaw buns and icing overnight in the fridge*
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the buns on a parchment paper lined baking sheet, making sure they have at least 1 inch of space in between. Cover the baking sheet with a kitchen towel to prevent the buns from drying. Let the buns come to room temperature and proof for 30 minutes or until larger in size.
- Egg wash the buns (1 whole egg whisked) and baked in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the buns are golden brown. Spread the icing on warm buns. Enjoy!
Refrigeration
Products should be refrigerated if not consumed within 24 hours. Bring to room temperature before serving.
